Weβre looking for a Content Designer to start working with Chayn on a freelance basis. Chayn provides support for survivors of gender-based violence first and formost through written content. Our existing guides cover topics such as spotting manipulation, a judgement-free guide to abortion, and online safety. We want to work with a content designer to improve existing guides and establish best practices for content we create going forward.
Our guides exist in multiple different locations, either on their own URLs or hosted on Gitbooks. We are working on a project to bring those guides to our website so that they are all hosted on chayn.co. As part of this process, we have the opportunity to reformat the guides, making them easier to read, digest, and navigate.
The first brief for a content designer is to come up with 3-5 templates that we can fit a number of our existing guides into. By templates, we mean guidance on components, formatting and navigation suggestions for online content. We will custom-build these components on our chayn.co website (built on webflow) so that we can move each guide to the website in an improved format.
