We are looking for a confident and energetic person with experience in building rapport to lead on our commercial partnerships, training and programme delivery. Chayn has a goal to diversify our income by increasing the number of partnerships we have with tech companies and non-profits, and we are looking for the right person to lead on this work.
Chayn’s income comes through both charitable funding and commercial partnerships with organisations whose staff or beneficiaries can be supported by our products and services.
Commercial portfolio
- 🌺 Bloom - ****A remote trauma support service, offering video courses, 1-1 messaging, activites and grounding exercises that combine the insights of survivors globally with therapeutic practice. Bloom is run by Chayn staff. This is useful for any organisation that has a large audience of
- Trauma-informed design - Our expertise in trauma-informed design rooted in our design principles can be applied to design, research, policy, and organisational design. This can be delivered through consultancies, speaking engagements, workshops and training events. This would be delivered by staff.
- 🪔 Diya - Training for organisations on vicarious trauma for their staff. This is especially useful for humanitarian workers, frontline gender-based violence organisations, customer support staff and content moderators.
We are hoping to achieve to have a mix of smaller engagements, monthly contracts, and multi-year sales with this role to build on our initial scoping and client interest.
About the role
With this role we are looking for someone who can:
(1) Grow the number of partnerships we hold and the income they generate
- Design and implement a business development strategy to meet at least £150k within fiscal year of 2025/2026
- Effectively network and build relationships with potential partners, both commercial and non-profits
